Daily - You'll have access to one of our designers for technical assistance or routine content changes, up to 2.25 hours each month. We know how important your website is to your business and we'll make every effort to complete changes as quickly as possible. We can usually take care of small changes (like a wording change) almost immediately, but larger items may take up to 36 hours to complete. We also include email management -- need a new email address, just let us know.

Monthly - We check for (and repair) broken links, missing images (those annoying "Xs" you get when you visit a website that isn't being maintained), stylesheet associations, as well as email, navigation system, and form functionality. In addition, if you're hosted on one of our servers, you'll receive a report with valuable information about how many hits your site had for the past month, including a page by page activity report.
